Terms, in plain English
By using Dwellth, you agree to these. They're short on purpose.
What Dwellth is
A free app that turns your portfolio into a cozy 3D house. It's for fun. It isn't financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Your brokerage connection
You connect through SnapTrade, read-only, and SnapTrade's own terms apply to that connection. Dwellth can't place trades or move money. Your house can be late or wrong (a missed sync, a ticker we don't recognise), so always check your brokerage for the real numbers.
Your house
- You're responsible for your house's name and address (/@handle), and for what you choose to make public.
- No names or addresses that impersonate someone, harass anyone, or are hateful or illegal.
- We can rename, hide or remove a house that breaks these rules, or that someone asks us to remove with good reason.
- Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, or get into houses that aren't yours.
Your data
What we read and keep is on the Privacy page, and how the connection works is on Why connecting is safe. You can disconnect or delete your house anytime in settings.
No guarantees
Dwellth is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it always will be. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses from using it or relying on it. We may change or stop the app, and we may update these terms; the date below shows the last change.
